Keeping the peace costs you your voice.
You worry that expressing an opinion will create conflict, rejection or abandonment. You become careful with your words, minimise your needs and carry more than your share.
Therapeutic coaching for high-achieving women
For women exhausted by pressure, people-pleasing and the constant need to prove their worth. Understand what drives the pattern, rebuild self-trust and create a life that feels successful on the inside too.
You may understand what you do—overthink, overwork, keep the peace or push support away—without yet understanding why it still feels necessary.
Criticism can undo your confidence, even when you know you are capable.
You soften your opinions or avoid conflict because being misunderstood feels unsafe.
You chase the next goal, promotion or sign of approval—but struggle to switch off.
You are the strong one for everyone else, yet receiving support feels uncomfortable.
You have insight into the pattern, but still find yourself repeating it.
Different lives · The same hidden pattern
One woman may stay quiet to preserve a relationship. Another may work relentlessly for recognition. Both may be asking the same deeper question: Am I still worthy if I stop proving myself?
You worry that expressing an opinion will create conflict, rejection or abandonment. You become careful with your words, minimise your needs and carry more than your share.
Recognition brings temporary relief, but the next goal quickly takes its place. Work follows you home, criticism feels personal and the life you truly want keeps being postponed.

The signature private programme
The 6-Week Self-Worth, Self-Trust & Boundaries Intensive
A high-touch, deeply personal one-to-one experience for women ready to stop building their lives around approval, achievement and keeping everyone else comfortable.
This is not a set of six disconnected conversations. Each session builds on the last, with the work shaped around your experiences, patterns and goals so insight can become meaningful change in everyday life.
Map the triggers and beliefs beneath overthinking, people-pleasing, perfectionism and the need for approval.
Make space for the feelings and needs you learned to override, while building emotional safety and self-compassion.
Practise boundaries, make more aligned decisions and embed self-trust into work, relationships and everyday life.
You are not expected to hold everything until the next appointment. Throughout the intensive, Voxer and email give you a dedicated space to share reflections, ask questions and work with patterns as they show up in real life—when the support is most useful.
Six focused 60-minute one-to-one sessions with Leilah. The work follows your needs and lived experience—not a one-size-fits-all script.
Voxer voice and text messaging, plus email support throughout the six weeks, so you can reflect, ask questions and maintain momentum between appointments.
Bring new awareness into your relationships, work and daily choices, with space to explore what happens as you practise responding differently.
Consistent weekly appointments create focus and continuity. Sessions can be rebooked with at least 72 hours' notice.
Continuation for existing clients
Available exclusively to existing clients who want to continue their work with consistent guidance, space to integrate change gradually and dedicated support as real-life challenges unfold.

The Leilah Mirza Integration Method™
Notice the present trigger—criticism, conflict, pressure, rejection or the feeling that you must cope alone.
Understand the belief underneath it: “I am not enough”, “My needs are unsafe” or “I must prove my value”.
Reconnect with the emotions, needs and parts of yourself that learned to stay quiet, achieve or carry everything.
Practise new responses and make grounded choices from self-trust rather than fear, guilt or external validation.
What we can work through together
The work is tailored to you, with the focus kept practical: recognising what drives the response, creating more internal safety and practising choices that reflect who you are now.
Understand the triggers, old stories and protective responses beneath overwhelm, self-doubt or repeated cycles.
Loosen the belief that your value depends on achievement, usefulness, approval or keeping everyone happy.
Express needs more clearly, tolerate the discomfort that follows and stop automatically abandoning your own position.
Build steadier ways to meet criticism, conflict, uncertainty and emotionally charged moments.
Notice the roles you fall into, receive support more openly and create healthier patterns of connection.
Turn insight into grounded decisions, daily practices and a life that feels more honest from the inside.
