2. Services
We provide therapeutic coaching, holistic wellbeing and healing sessions, retreats, digital resources and related services. The content of a programme, its duration, support arrangements and price are described on the relevant offer page or in the written booking confirmation.
3. Scope of services
Coaching and complementary wellbeing services are not medical care, psychiatric treatment, crisis support or a substitute for advice from an appropriately qualified healthcare professional. We may decline or end an engagement where a service is not appropriate or where specialist support is required.
4. Bookings and suitability
Some services require a suitability conversation before enrolment. A clarity call or application does not guarantee acceptance. You are responsible for providing accurate information relevant to suitability and participation.
5. Prices and payment
Prices are shown in GBP. VAT is included where applicable. Payments may be processed by a secure third-party payment provider. Where a payment plan is agreed, all instalments remain due according to the agreed schedule unless consumer law or our written cancellation terms provide otherwise.
6. Cancellations, rescheduling and refunds
Our Refunds and Cancellation Policy forms part of these terms. Separate conditions apply to retreat bookings. Programme sessions may be rebooked with at least 72 hours' notice. Late cancellations and missed sessions may be treated as used.
7. Confidentiality and conduct
Information shared during private sessions is handled sensitively and in line with our Privacy Policy, subject to legal obligations and safeguarding concerns. Participants must communicate respectfully and must not record or distribute sessions without prior written agreement.
8. Intellectual property
Website content, programme materials, recordings, exercises, downloads and branding belong to Leilah Mirza Coaching and Healing Ltd or their respective licensors. They are supplied for personal use and may not be copied, republished, resold, taught or distributed without written permission.
9. Results and responsibility
Personal development outcomes vary. We do not guarantee a particular result. You remain responsible for your choices, wellbeing, participation and for seeking appropriate professional support when needed.
10. Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the website or services. Your statutory consumer rights are not affected.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales will have jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer rights that apply where you live.
