Deposits
All retreat deposits are strictly non-refundable, subject to any statutory rights that apply. Your deposit secures your place, removes it from availability and allows us to begin allocating accommodation, venue and other resources.
Payment deadlines
Any remaining balance must be paid by the date shown on the retreat page or booking confirmation. For the Morocco Soul-Led Retreat, full payment is due by 1 October 2026. Failure to complete payment may result in your place being released; the deposit will remain non-refundable, subject to applicable law.
If you cancel
If you cancel after booking, the deposit will be retained. Additional payments may also be non-refundable depending on how close the cancellation is to the retreat and the accommodation, venue and third-party costs already committed.
Transfers
In certain circumstances and at our discretion, you may request to transfer your place to another eligible person or a future retreat. A transfer is not guaranteed and may be subject to availability, suitability checks and reasonable administrative costs.
Exceptional circumstances
We understand unforeseen situations arise. While deposits remain non-refundable subject to statutory rights, we will aim to approach exceptional circumstances fairly without compromising commitments already made for the retreat.
Changes or cancellation by us
If we cancel or reschedule the retreat, you will be offered a transfer to a future date or a refund of payments made to us, including the deposit. We are not responsible for separate travel, insurance or other third-party expenses unless the law requires otherwise.
Venue and programme changes
Retreat venues, facilitators, timings and individual activities may change when reasonably necessary. If the advertised villa or venue becomes unavailable, we may use a suitable alternative in the same destination. We will tell booked guests about material changes as soon as reasonably possible.
Travel and entry requirements
Unless a booking confirmation expressly says otherwise, flights, airport transfers, visas, passports, travel insurance and personal spending are not included. Each guest is responsible for checking current passport, visa, health and entry requirements and allowing enough time to travel.
Travel insurance
We strongly recommend comprehensive travel insurance covering cancellation, illness, travel disruption, belongings and any activities you plan to undertake.
