1. Statutory cooling-off rights
For services purchased online, UK consumers will generally have 14 days from the date the contract is made to cancel. To cancel, email us with a clear statement before the period ends.
If you expressly ask us to begin providing a service during the 14-day period and then cancel, we may charge a proportionate amount for work already supplied. If the service is fully performed during that period after your express request and acknowledgement, the cancellation right may be lost. Different rules apply to digital content where immediate access has been requested and acknowledged.
2. Before a programme begins
Where no statutory exception applies, a refund request received before the programme begins will be considered under your legal cancellation rights and the written booking agreement.
3. After a programme or service begins
Once a programme has begun, payments are generally non-refundable and the agreed payment schedule remains due, except where required by law or agreed by us in writing. Choosing not to complete a programme does not automatically create a right to a partial refund.
4. Session changes, missed appointments and no-shows
Programme sessions can be rebooked with at least 72 hours' notice. A cancellation or request to move a session with less than 72 hours' notice may be treated as a used session. A missed appointment or no-show is non-refundable and will normally be treated as used.
5. Digital products and group programmes
Digital content and group programmes may become non-refundable once access has been supplied or the programme has begun, subject to statutory rights and any express consent given for immediate digital delivery.
6. Exceptional circumstances
In exceptional circumstances, such as a medical emergency, we may offer a reschedule or future credit at our discretion. This does not affect any rights you have under law.
7. How to request a cancellation or refund
Email info@leilahmirzacoachingandhealing.com with your name, the service purchased, booking date and your request. Retreat bookings are governed by the separate Retreat Refund and Cancellation Policy.
